  I was told that compared to other jails, this one isn't too bad. Phone chargers, layed back staff. However, he said it was very dirty. In the hold cell was crushed up cherrios/food and discarded wrappers. Toilet paper is scarce, you get it whenever the officer has time...it may be a day or so without.
  They didnt book an inmate when they arrived at the jail. After posting bail the next day, we had to wait an hour for them to do it before the inmate was released. I thought booking was first thing when you arrive.
